Terms of service
Last updated: September 7, 2026
OVERVIEW
These Terms of Service are entered into between you and DOUX REVES PTE. LTD. (UEN 202539435Z), a company incorporated in Singapore (“DOUX REVES,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, to provide you with a curated shopping experience (collectively, the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced in them, including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, describe your rights and responsibilities when you access or use the Services.
Please read these Terms carefully. They contain important information about your legal rights, including warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and the law governing these Terms.
By visiting, interacting with, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified under applicable consumer law.
SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
The Services are intended for adults. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country or jurisdiction of residence and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
To access or use certain parts of the Services, including placing an order, you may be required to provide information such as your name, email address, billing information, payment information, and shipping address. You represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate, current, complete, and that you have the right to provide it.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.
You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to another person.
SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately. However, colours and product appearance may vary slightly from their appearance on your screen because of differences in devices, displays, settings, lighting, and photography.
Minor variations in colour, texture, positioning, dimensions, or finish may also occur where products involve textiles, printing, or handcrafted elements. These variations do not affect your mandatory rights where a product is defective, materially different from its description, or otherwise does not conform to applicable legal requirements.
Product descriptions, availability, and specifications may be changed without notice. We may discontinue a product or limit the quantities available to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, provided that we do so in accordance with applicable law.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products included in that order.
Your order is accepted when we send you an order-confirmation email confirming the purchase. We must receive or obtain authorization for payment before accepting your order.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order before acceptance for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, suspected fraud, payment failure, an obvious pricing or product-information error, shipping restrictions, or a breach of these Terms.
If we decline or cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method, subject to applicable law.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Cancellation requests can only be accommodated before fulfilment has started, as further described in our Refund Policy.
Returns, exchanges, refunds, and statutory withdrawal rights are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms or our Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer right available to you, including any applicable right to cancel or withdraw from a distance contract.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed when you place your order, subject to correction of an obvious pricing error before acceptance.
The total amount payable to us, including the product price and any taxes and shipping charges collected by us, will be displayed before you confirm your order. Where an order is shipped using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service, applicable import duties, import taxes, brokerage charges and customs-clearance charges are borne by us, and you will not be required to pay them upon delivery. If DDP shipping is not available for a destination or order, this will be clearly disclosed before you place your order. Where the amount of any customer-payable import charge cannot reasonably be calculated in advance, we will clearly disclose that such additional charges may apply.
Prices displayed on the Services may differ from prices offered through physical stores, events, or third-party sales channels.
Promotions may be governed by additional terms. If promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the specific promotional terms will apply to that promotion.
You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase, payment, and account information and to update that information when necessary.
You represent and warrant that:
-
the payment information you provide is accurate and complete;
-
you are authorized to use the selected payment method;
-
the payment provider will honour the charges incurred; and
-
you will pay all amounts properly disclosed and payable in connection with your order.
We will not charge you an additional amount without your express consent, except where otherwise permitted or required by law.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery dates and times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, adverse weather, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. This does not affect any mandatory rights you may have in relation to delayed or failed delivery.
Unless you independently appoint a carrier that we did not offer, the risk of loss of or damage to the products remains with us until the products are delivered to you or to a person designated by you who is not the carrier.
Title to the products passes to you once we have received full payment and the products have been delivered, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and the materials made available through them—including our trademarks, trade names, logos, text, images, graphics, illustrations, designs, product names, photographs, video, audio, website layout, and other content—are owned by or licensed to DOUX REVES PTE. LTD. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws, including the laws of Singapore and applicable international treaties.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Without our prior written permission, you must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, sell, license, or commercially exploit any material made available through the Services, except where such activity is expressly permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or other right in relation to any patent, trademark, copyright, design, trade secret, or other intellectual property belonging to DOUX REVES, Shopify, or any third party, except for the limited right to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
Unauthorized use of the Services or their content may violate applicable intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The names, logos, product names, designs, and slogans used by DOUX REVES are trademarks or other protected assets of DOUX REVES PTE. LTD. or its licensors. Shopify’s name, logo, product names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. Other names, logos, and marks appearing through the Services belong to their respective owners.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to optional tools supplied by third parties that we do not monitor or control and over which we have no input.
Subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, access to these tools is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties, representations, conditions, or endorsement of any kind.
Your use of optional third-party tools is at your own risk and discretion. You should review and understand the terms and privacy practices of the relevant provider before using those tools.
We may introduce new features, tools, or resources through the Services. Unless otherwise stated, those features, tools, and resources form part of the Services and are subject to these Terms.
SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain content, functionality, or links provided or operated by third parties.
We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content, accuracy, availability, privacy, security, or practices of third-party websites or services. If you leave the Services to access a third-party website or service, you do so at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your access to or use of third-party websites, services, resources, products, or content.
You should review the relevant third party’s terms, policies, and practices before entering into a transaction or providing personal information. Questions or complaints concerning third-party products or services should be directed to the relevant third party.
SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the technology that enables us to offer the Services.
Any purchase you make through our store is made directly from DOUX REVES PTE. LTD. Shopify is not the seller of our products and is not responsible for fulfilling your order or for the products you purchase from us.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising solely from sales or transactions between you and DOUX REVES. This provision does not release Shopify from any liability that it independently owes to you and that cannot lawfully be excluded.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify also collects and processes certain personal information concerning your access to and use of the Services. Information submitted through the Services may be transmitted to Shopify and other service providers, including recipients located outside your country of residence.
For more information about Shopify’s processing activities, please review the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy. Depending on where you live, you may also be able to exercise certain rights through the Shopify Privacy Portal.
SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK
If you submit, upload, post, email, or otherwise provide ideas, suggestions, feedback, reviews, proposals, plans, photographs, or other content relating to the Services (collectively, “Feedback”), you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, sublicensable, transferable, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display, and otherwise use that Feedback in any medium for purposes connected with operating, improving, promoting, and providing the Services.
This licence applies only to the extent that you own or control the relevant rights and does not affect any rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
You represent and warrant that:
-
you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to provide the Feedback;
-
you have disclosed any compensation or incentive received in connection with it;
-
the Feedback is accurate to the best of your knowledge; and
-
the Feedback complies with these Terms and applicable law.
Unless otherwise required by law, we are not obliged to keep Feedback confidential, pay compensation for it, publish it, retain it, or respond to it.
We may monitor, edit, refuse, or remove Feedback that we reasonably believe is unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, misleading, infringing, or otherwise in breach of these Terms.
Your Feedback must not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, personality, publicity, or other personal or proprietary right of another person. It must not contain unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, malicious, or technically harmful material.
You must not use a false email address, impersonate another person, or mislead us or others about the origin of any Feedback. You remain responsible for the Feedback you provide and its accuracy.
SECTION 12 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS
Information made available through the Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions concerning product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times, or availability.
We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and update information without prior notice.
If an obvious error materially affects an order that has not yet been accepted, we may decline or cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
If a correction materially affects an order that has already been accepted, we will contact you and handle the matter in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in this section limits your mandatory consumer rights.
SECTION 13 – PROHIBITED USES
You may access and use the Services only for lawful purposes.
You must not access or use the Services, directly or indirectly:
-
for an unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious purpose;
-
in violation of any applicable law, regulation, rule, or ordinance;
-
to infringe our intellectual-property rights or the rights of another person;
-
to harass, abuse, threaten, defame, intimidate, discriminate against, or otherwise harm another person;
-
to transmit false, deceptive, or misleading information;
-
to send, receive, upload, download, use, or reuse material that does not comply with these Terms;
-
to distribute unsolicited advertising or promotional material, including spam, junk mail, chain letters, or similar solicitations;
-
to impersonate another person or entity or misrepresent your identity or affiliation; or
-
to engage in conduct that restricts another person’s use or enjoyment of the Services or that may harm DOUX REVES, Shopify, the Services, or their users.
You must also not:
-
upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or other material intended to disrupt or damage the Services;
-
reproduce, duplicate, copy, extract, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Services except as expressly permitted;
-
collect or track another person’s personal information without lawful authority;
-
engage in spamming, phishing, pharming, pretexting, scraping, or similar abusive practices;
-
use automated systems, robots, spiders, data-extraction tools, artificial-intelligence tools, or other automated means to access the Services, except as permitted under Section 14 or with our prior written consent; or
-
interfere with, bypass, or circumvent security, authorization, access-control, robot-exclusion, or other protective measures.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe that you have violated this section.
SECTION 14 – AGENTS
14.1 Application
This section (“Agent Terms”) applies if you use, permit, enable, or cause an Agent to access, use, or interact with the Services.
An “Agent” means software or a service that takes autonomous or semi-autonomous action on behalf of, or at the instruction of, a person or entity and that can operate on a person’s device or account without continuous direct supervision.
14.2 Identification and compliance
An Agent may access, use, or interact with the Services only if it identifies itself and complies with these Agent Terms.
An Agent must not access, use, or interact with the Services if we have requested that it stop doing so.
14.3 Access controls
We may use technical or other reasonable measures to limit or control whether and how Agents access, use, or interact with the Services.
14.4 Agent requirements
An Agent must:
-
identify automated HTTP or HTTPS requests as originating from an Agent and disclose the Agent’s name by including
Agent/[agent name]in its user-agent string; -
not conceal or misrepresent the fact that access or interaction originates from an Agent;
-
not mimic human behaviour for the purpose of evading detection;
-
not complete, bypass, or circumvent CAPTCHAs or other measures intended to distinguish automated activity from human activity;
-
respond truthfully to prompts asking whether an interaction originates from a human or a computer; and
-
not circumvent measures intended to block, restrict, modify, or control Agent access to the Services.
SECTION 15 – TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services where reasonably necessary, including where:
-
you materially breach these Terms;
-
your use presents a security, legal, or fraud risk;
-
we are required to do so by law or by a competent authority; or
-
we discontinue the relevant Service.
Where reasonably practicable and legally permitted, we will provide appropriate notice.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination, including payment obligations, accepted orders, refunds, statutory consumer rights, or liabilities resulting from an earlier breach.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective, including those concerning Intellectual Property, Feedback, Privacy, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Governing Law, and accrued payment obligations.
SECTION 16 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Nothing in this section excludes or limits any warranty, condition, guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information provided through the Services is accurate and current. However, general information made available through the Services is provided for informational purposes and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
Except as expressly stated by us or required by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that access to the Services will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Products purchased through the Services remain subject to their descriptions, any express warranties we provide, our Refund Policy, and all mandatory statutory guarantees and consumer rights applicable to the purchase.
SECTION 17 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
-
death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded;
-
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
-
wilful misconduct or gross negligence where liability cannot lawfully be excluded;
-
breach of a mandatory statutory obligation or consumer right; or
-
any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Subject to the paragraph above and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DOUX REVES, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the relevant contract was formed.
If you use the Services as a consumer, we are not responsible for business losses, including loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by events outside our reasonable control, provided that we have taken reasonable steps required by applicable law.
Your use of third-party services, websites, payment systems, or tools may also be subject to the terms and liability provisions of the relevant third party.
SECTION 18 – INDEMNIFICATION
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless DOUX REVES, Shopify, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers against third-party claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and reasonable legal costs arising directly from:
-
your material breach of these Terms;
-
your unlawful or fraudulent use of the Services;
-
your infringement of another person’s rights; or
-
content or Feedback you submit in breach of these Terms.
This obligation does not apply to the extent that a claim results from our negligence, breach of these Terms, or unlawful conduct.
We will provide reasonable notice of an indemnifiable claim. A delay in notification will not relieve you of your obligations unless the delay materially prejudices your ability to respond.
We may control the defence and settlement of a claim at our expense or, where legally permitted, at your reasonable expense. We will not agree to a settlement that imposes a non-monetary obligation on you without your consent, which must not be unreasonably withheld.
You agree to provide reasonable cooperation in the defence of an indemnified claim.
SECTION 19 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Any unenforceable portion will be treated as severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
SECTION 20 – WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure or delay in exercising or enforcing a right or provision under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms, together with the policies and operating rules expressly incorporated into them, constitute the entire agreement between you and us concerning your use of the Services. They supersede prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals concerning the same subject matter.
Nothing in this section excludes liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or overrides statements or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
SECTION 21 – ASSIGNMENT
You may not transfer or assign these Terms or your rights or obligations under them without our prior written consent.
We may transfer or assign these Terms and our rights and obligations to an affiliate, successor, purchaser of our business, or another suitable entity, provided that the transfer does not reduce your rights under these Terms or applicable law.
We will provide notice of a transfer where required by applicable law.
SECTION 22 – GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and any separate agreement under which we provide the Services are governed by the laws of Singapore.
If you are acting as a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection available under the law of your country of habitual residence.
Subject to any mandatory jurisdiction rights available to consumers, the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
A consumer may bring proceedings in another court where mandatory applicable law permits them to do so.
SECTION 23 – HEADINGS
Headings are included for convenience only and do not limit or otherwise affect the interpretation of these Terms.
SECTION 24 – CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
You may review the current version of these Terms at any time on this page.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, our business practices, or applicable legal or regulatory requirements. The updated Terms will be posted on this website with a revised “Last updated” date.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
Changes apply prospectively from the effective date stated in the updated Terms. Unless required by law, changes will not retroactively alter the terms governing an order that we accepted before the updated Terms became effective.
Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services.
