Returns

We hope you love your Doux Rêves purchase. Except where required by applicable law, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. This includes rights and remedies relating to goods that are faulty, defective, damaged, unsafe, misdescribed or otherwise not in conformity with the contract.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the issue at contact@lesdouxreves.com and include your order number together with supporting photographs. We will review your request and make it right.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely dispatch. Cancellation or modification requests can only be accommodated while the order remains unfulfilled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to request a change. This does not affect any mandatory statutory right of withdrawal available to eligible EU/EEA consumers.

Shipping Costs

Except where required by applicable law, shipping charges are non-refundable. For an eligible EU/EEA withdrawal, we will refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the original order, as described below.

EU/EEA RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Scope

This section applies exclusively to eligible consumers purchasing through the Doux Rêves Europe market for delivery to a country within the European Union or European Economic Area. It overrides any inconsistent general provisions above only for those purchases. It does not apply to purchases made through any other Doux Rêves market.

Right of Withdrawal

You may withdraw from an eligible online purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from the date on which you, or a third party nominated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods. If goods from the same order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins when the final item is received. If the final day falls on a weekend or applicable public holiday, the period extends to the next working day.

How to Exercise This Right

You must notify us before the withdrawal period expires by:

• using the return or cancellation function available through your customer account; or

• emailing contact@lesdouxreves.com with your name, order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but its use is not mandatory. Your withdrawal is effective when your notice is submitted before the deadline and does not require our prior approval.

Returning the Goods and Return Costs

After receiving your withdrawal notice, we will promptly provide the designated international return address and return instructions. The address appearing on the original parcel is not a return address. Returns must not be sent to our fulfilment provider or to any address appearing on the parcel unless we expressly confirm that address in writing.

You must dispatch the goods to the designated return address within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. For a change-of-mind withdrawal, you are responsible for arranging and paying the direct cost of packaging and returning the goods, including international return postage and carrier charges. The designated return address is located outside the EU/EEA, and these costs may therefore be significant. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of dispatch.

You may inspect the goods only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would in a physical shop. You are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary for that purpose.

Goods should be returned complete with all included items and accessories. Original packaging should be included where reasonably possible, but its absence does not by itself remove your statutory right of withdrawal.

Refund

Following a valid withdrawal, we will reimburse:

• the price paid for the returned goods; and

• the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the original order.

We will not reimburse supplementary delivery costs resulting from your choice of an enhanced, expedited or express delivery method.

The refund will be issued using the original payment method, without additional fees, no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided satisfactory evidence that they were dispatched, whichever occurs first.

Any legally justified deduction for diminished value may be deducted from the refund.

The customer-paid return provisions above apply only to change-of-mind withdrawals. They do not apply to goods that are faulty, defective, damaged, unsafe, misdescribed, incorrect or otherwise not in conformity with the contract. Your statutory rights concerning such goods remain unaffected.

Orders Already Fulfilled

Once an order has been fulfilled or dispatched, we may no longer be able to stop or modify the shipment. This does not prevent an eligible EU/EEA consumer from exercising the right of withdrawal described in this section. If the shipment cannot be stopped, the applicable return procedure must be followed after delivery.
