We currently ship to selected destinations worldwide. Available shipping destinations and shipping rates are displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

The following delivery times are provided as estimates only:

• Europe: 6–10 business days
• Japan: 5–9 business days
• Singapore: 6–10 business days
• South Korea: 8–12 business days
• UAE: 6–10 business days
• Vietnam: 6–10 business days

Delivery times may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information for your shipment.

Duties & Taxes

Orders eligible under the applicable destination-specific customs value thresholds are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), with import duties, taxes, customs-clearance fees and brokerage charges covered by Doux Rêves. Where DDP is not available, the order will be shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), and any import duties, taxes, clearance or brokerage charges assessed by customs or the carrier will be payable by the recipient. The applicable treatment will be clearly indicated at checkout before payment. These thresholds are reviewed regularly.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance procedures, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
