Our Story
Doux Rêves began in Singapore, in the small everyday moments of my own children’s lives. There, bamboo pillows quickly become part of childhood, dragged through strollers, cuddled at home, carried to nursery, or held tightly during moments when comfort matters most. I watched my children rely on that softness through humid days and beneath the blast of icy air conditioning. More than a pillow, it became a familiar source of reassurance.
That simple feeling sparked Doux Rêves.
I wanted to share that incredible buttery-soft comfort beyond the borders of this remarkable little red dot while doing it thoughtfully, through French-inspired designs, carefully selected materials, and a production journey approached with honesty and care. Every choice is made with the same intention: care for the little one who will hold it close, care for the people making it, and care for the world they will grow up in.
And at the heart of our story is Leo, our cat, who has followed us through every city and every new chapter for more than ten years. Leo has a quiet way of making everything feel softer simply by being near. His gentle presence became the natural inspiration behind the comforting companion little ones now know as Mon Copain Leo.
